As the most senior non-legal member on the team, the COO is the key point of leadership to all staff members and works closely with the owner and rapidly-growing law firm on strategy, systems development, and HR issues.
As the COO I am involved in all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, technology, and security, and responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Firm.

Being a DACA recipient and college graduate with her associates degree in science, Samantha Garcia is the administrative assistant for the Law Office of Jasmit Dhaliwal. With two years of experience doing office reception duties, Samantha is responsible in making sure everything runs smooth at the office. From scheduling appointments, communicating effectively and ensuring trust to our clients, to helping with translation on important meetings with our clients, and by helping the team stay organized, prepared, and informed, Samantha brings a smooth workflow with her eagerness to always help others. As part of the team, Samantha is a powerful force for the office as she is the face of the firm and is always ready to work with that positivity she spreads with a smile on her face. During the given opportunity and her free time, she loves to substitute for the Dallas Independent School District as she aspires to become a teacher someday. She also loves spending time with her family and enjoys painting while listening to music.

With a background in Literature from Universidad del Valle in Colombia, Claudia brings a unique perspective to her role as a Bilingual Paralegal, boasting over 4 years of experience in remote legal support. Having supported legal teams across various fields such as immigration and Landlord-Tenant matters, she demonstrates versatility in engaging with a diverse range of legal cases and services. As a former teacher, she believes in making complex legal concepts understandable, bridging the gap between legal jargon and client comprehension. Since becoming a part of The Law Office of Jasmit Dhaliwal, she has wholeheartedly dedicated herself to the clients, approaching their concerns with genuine empathy, ensuring that everyone feels heard, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.

Victoria Sanchez, a graduate from Dallas College, has worked as a bilingual paralegal for eight years in the area of immigration law. She has provided legal and administrative support to many law firms in the metroplex and collaborated with attorneys to aid clients under removal, green card process, and naturalization. From in-person interpretations at interviews with local USCIS Field office to in-office fact gathering with clients, she has managed to work hands-on with many legal matters. Her passion for the field and serving the needs of people in the community prompted her to become part of the Paralegal Division State Bar of Texas in 2016. Ever since, she continues legal education in the hopes of expanding her expertise in various areas of law. Aside from her paralegal duties, she is an undergraduate at University of Texas at Dallas pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business. During her free time, she enjoys biking and working towards her entrepreneurship in retail.

I am a virtual assistant working for the Law Office Of Jasmit Dhaliwal PLLC. My job is to make sure of customer satisfaction and to speak on behalf of the firm to all the clients. As part of my duties I need to make sure all processes and communication are flowing seamlessly.
